Holiday Pricing Policy and Holiday Hours

We’re excited to welcome you this winter break! We have lots of fun climbing challenges ready for you to enjoy! We are open every day this holiday season. Our hours are listed below.

To ensure a smooth experience during this popular time, we’ve introduced measures to help distribute visits on 4 specific days.

On the peak days of December 26 & 27 and January 2 & 3 special policies will be in effect until 5pm:

• Regular pricing applies for all youth day passes (no discounts for youth).
• Due to increased demand, we are unable to continue waiving harness rental fees for children under 12. Harness rentals will be available at our standard rates.
• Spectator limit: 2 spectators/supervisors per child. Additional spectators will need to purchase a full day pass.
• To manage capacity, we kindly ask that children under 4 who are not climbing refrain from visiting before 5 PM.
• Adult climbers: Please avoid bringing non-climbing spectators during these hours.

After 5 PM: Regular policies resume, including standard youth discounts

Standard pricing and policies are in effect on any other days than the 4 days listed above.

All other days resume regular hours.
