Terms & Conditions for Hub membership end of 2024 promotion
- EFT Rate: You will pay your chosen upfront amount (4 months for a 10% discount or 6 months for a 15% discount), and then continue to receive the same discount for the remaining months until 12 total months have been purchased. For example, if you choose the 4-month upfront payment at 10% off, you will receive 10% off for the next 8 months. If you choose the 6-month upfront payment at 15% off, you will receive 15% off for the next 6 months. After 12 months, your EFT rate will return to the standard EFT price (or “under 23” price, if applicable).
- The EFT promotion period is for 12 months of EFT payment and cannot be extended with membership freezes
Your discounted rate for the EFT promotion would start on the 1st of the next BILLED month after your upfront payment.
- Restarting EFT: If recommitting to an EFT within the original 4-month upfront period, the new discounted rate starts after your initial period ends. For example, if you bought your 4 months up front of EFT on October 1, your EFT membership continues at the old rate until the 4 months end (because that was already paid up front). To take advantage of this new EFT rate, you will need to again recommit to an EFT for either 4 months or 6 months now, and you will get the new 12 month discounted rate. The new discounted rate will start on Feb 1.
- Hub Climbing reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Any attempts to misuse the system will result in immediate disqualification from discounts for all parties involved. Existing memberships may also be subject to cancellation at the discretion of Hub Climbing.
- The offers/promotions in this email cannot be combined or stacked with any other offers, promotions, bonuses, or special rates.
- For the refer-a-friend promotion: A new member is someone who has not had a membership product (EFT or prepaid membership) in EITHER Hub location in the last 6 months. You can receive a maximum of 1 free month for referring a friend who signs up, and your friend can receive a maximum of 1 free month for being referred.
- To upgrade or purchase a membership, or to refer a friend, please visit our front desk before December 15, 2024. Due to weekend volume, we recommend you visit on weekdays for faster processing.
- Only one free month is granted per membership account, regardless of whether someone is both a referrer and a referee.
