What is a Facility Introduction?
- The facility introduction will explain indoor climbing terms and rules of the facility.
- It is mandatory for everyone 12 and up who wishes to climb at Hub or adults supervising a minor at Hub
- It is only valid when it is completed online no more than 48 hrs prior to your visit to either of our locations, or completed in the facility.
- Completing the Facility Introduction prior to arriving at the gym will speed up the check-in process
