Hub Waivers

  • Everyone entering the facility (climbing or not) requires a valid waiver on file.
  • Minors (under 18) must have their waivers completed by their parent or legal court-appointed guardian.
  • Waivers must be completed with full, legal names (no nicknames or short forms).
  • Climbers 12 years and older, as well as, any adults who are supervising minors are ALSO required to complete a second document; Facility Introduction.

Please fill out the online waiver. Insurance requires that your full name and your typed signature exactly match your government issued ID.

Fill out the facility introduction less than 48h prior to your visit on behalf of climbers or spectators who are currently under 18 years old.

Facility Introduction
  • Bring ID for your first visit. A valid driver’s license or similar photo ID with your date of birth is best.
  • Climbers should wear stretchy clothes that let them move around freely. Athletic clothing works well.
  • Arrive at least 10 minutes before you intend to begin climbing, in order to check in, get your rental harness and climbing shoes and to get your free in person demonstration of the auto-belays.
If you do not complete these documents prior to arrival, you will need to fill them out before climbing which can cut into your climbing time.

  • *Legal guardian means you have been appointed by a court in Ontario as a guardian for this child.
  • Bring ID or corresponding paperwork of guardianship to our front desk for the waiver to be accepted.
  • The facility introduction will explain indoor climbing terms and rules of the facility.
  • Facility Introduction is only valid when it is completed online no more than 48 hrs prior to your visit to either of our locations, or completed in the facility.
  • Completing the Facility Introduction prior to arriving at the gym will speed up the check-in process
  • Make sure your full name and your typed signature exactly match your government issued ID. Otherwise you will be asked to redo your waiver.
